Terme di Saturnia
This most famous thermal spring in Italy has been in continuous operation for 3,000 years. The water flows from the slope of the extinct volcano Monte Amiata and continues to flow, feeding more thermal pools, then after a few kilometers it reaches the iconic waterfalls, Cascate del Mulino, and further into the naturally formed pools of Cascate del Gorello.
The water, which primarily contains sulfur compounds, has a temperature of 37.5°C, and a constant flow of 500 liters per second allows the water to retain its beneficial properties without any outside interference. Demonstrating a range of therapeutic properties, the waters are said to be unrivaled in the world. The thermal baths are available for free all year round.
Near the thermal baths, at the back of the Terme di Saturnia SPA & Golf Resort, is the Terme di Saturnia – Parco Termale swimming pool complex where pools, whirlpools, sun loungers and a restaurant are located in a spacious area. To avoid the crowds of tourists in high season, you can enjoy the same therapeutic waters in a more luxurious setting. Terme di Saturnia Spa & Golf Resort offers several pools of varying depths, cascades, whirlpools, as well as a range of therapeutic beauty and massage services.

Sovana, Sorano, Pitigliano
“Pearls of Tuscany” considered one of the prettiest medieval towns, located in the hills about 25-30 minutes from Semproniano.
Particularly noteworthy is Pitigliano – the town seems to rise directly from the rocks of volcanic tuff rising steeply to 313 meters above sea level and surrounded by three ravines. Such a location gave the city natural defensive qualities, which was exploited from ancient times by the Etruscans, then by the Romans and subsequent ruling families of the city. The first traces of Etruscans date back to the 8th century BC.

Bolzen Lake
This largest post-volcanic lake in Europe was formed some 370,000 years ago and is a great treasure from a natural, historical, archaeological and cultural point of view. The gentle shores of the lake are covered with black volcanic sand, and the crystal clear waters of the lake encourage swimming and allow water sports.

Argentario Coast
or the Silver Coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea,is an extremely picturesque corner in southern Tuscany. Beautiful sandy and pebbly beaches, pine forests, islands, green hills, valleys decorated with cypress trees and crystal clear sea, amazing views.
Between the 6 km long sandy beaches of Tombolo della Giannella and Tombolo della Feniglia stretches the lagoon of Orbetello with the town of the same name situated in the middle of the causeway. On Cape Argentario, covered with pine forest, there are two picturesque resorts, once fishing settlements of Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano – here there are numerous cafes, ice cream parlors and restaurants.
